The economy twin room accommodated us perfectly. the private bathroom was clean. the staff were very nice and polite throughout the day. Its location near the fort, markets, restaurants, and alley was great.

Excellent and fantastic position in the very quite area, short walk to also the all important Friday Goat Market which starts at 6.30am. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Mgm Grand Arena.

What a great location in the heart of the city! Economy twin room with very good A/C, fan and free tea.

The location was exceptionally nice, in the city center, convenient to go everywhere. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was very very helpful and affable during all this time. We truly enjoyed rooms with aircon.

Convenient Location! This place is so close to the market and shops, making it super easy to get around. Plus, it's only a 10-15 minutes' walk to Aria Resort & Casino! 🏝️.

This place is well-equipped, spacious, and has excellent air conditioning.

It was such a thrill to find a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, security system, and first aid kit at Nima Guest House. I mean, who doesn't love feeling safe and secure while on vacation?

Oh, and just a minor inconvenience, I had to park my car far away and play a guessing game with my departure time. But hey, who needs a convenient parking spot anyways?

The safety features at this property were so impressive, it felt like being in a high-security prison. I guess they really want to make sure no one escapes.

The airport shuttle service was so slow, I might as well have walked there myself. Waste of money.

Super spacious and comfortable rooms - equipped with AC and ventilator. Shared kitchen available - perfect for cooking meals. The manager is incredibly nice and helpful - even assisting with taxi arrangements. Excellent location right next to the castle - with a view from the rooftop. Cleanliness is top-notch and the vibe is great.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house tucked away in the heart of Nizwa. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The communal kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The owner of the guest house was friendly and relaxed, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. We also loved the convenient location, just a short walk away from the fort and souq. we highly recommend staying at this guest house for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nizwa.

Perfectly located near the main attractions and market. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the free Omani coffee and dates that were available all day. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing helpful tips and information about the area. I also appreciated the fact that there was a kitchen available for guests to use.

The noise from the air conditioning unit, making it difficult to sleep. the nearby alley had overgrown roses that scratched my rental car.

Every time I visit Nizwa, I choose this place as my lovely base for exploring, thanks to its stunning location near the market.
